Pipe Centre and Climate Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Trafford Park, Manchester. The role focuses on supporting and developing staff, ensuring safety standards, driving sales growth, and delivering strong credit control and day-to-day leadership.

Based in Trafford Park, you will coordinate activities, communicate across the business, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining a 40-hour work week (Mon-Fri, 08:00–17:00).

Qualifications

• Sales and/or operational background.
• Experience in leading and developing teams.
• Can work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and developing all team members with progression planning.
• Supporting the Operations Manager in Health and Safety, sales growth, P&L review and credit control.
• Supporting the team with their day to day roles when needed.
• Communicating effectively across the business.
