Job summary

Pipe and Climate Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is recruiting an Operations Supervisor in Trafford Park, Manchester. The role centers on leading the team, driving safety standards, and supporting sales growth while monitoring P&L and credit control. A permanent, full-time position with regular hours, no weekends.

You will develop team members, maintain open communication across functions, and contribute to a high-performance operation within a leading UK trade merchant network.

• Sales or operations background required.
• Experience in leading and developing teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Supporting and developing all team members with progression planning.
• Supporting the Operations Manager in health and safety, sales growth, P&L review and credit control.
• Supporting the team with day-to-day roles when needed.

As an Operations Supervisor based in Trafford Park Manchester you will be responsible for:

• Supporting and developing all team members with progression planning.
• Supporting the Operations Manager in all aspects of maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety, sales growth, P&L review and credit control.
• Supporting the team with their day to day roles when needed.
• Communicating effectively across the business.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00AM - 17:00PM with 1hrs break. No weekend work required.
