Operations Supervisor
As an Operations Supervisor you will oversee the daily activities of our branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. You are responsible for managing staff, monitoring performance, implementing process improvements, and addressing operational issues.Supervisors also handle aspects like hiring, training, and performance evaluation of their team, all while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Primary Job Role
- Oversees the daily activities of their department and inventory needs.
- Scheduling employees for work assignments.
- Ensuring employees are in compliance with company policy
- Maintain employee attendance records
- Ensure that employees have a safe working environment in which to perform their duties.
- Reduce operational costs where applicable.
- Safety Champion: Leads by example, encourages, and follows safe work behavior, and considers safety of paramount importance in the workplace.
- Communication: Uses active listening skills, conveying information with the appropriate medium that is clear and easily understood. Uses feedback to verify effective and accurate communication has occurred. Education and Experience
Formal Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years
Required
- Ability to effectively lead others in a positive manner, and communicate in a clear and concise professional manner
- Thorough understanding of the entire business process
- Have excellent scheduling skill
- Strong inventory management skills

- Certified Operational Supervisor (COS)
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM)
