Position

XPO Logistics is looking for an Operations Supervisor for our Saint Gobain Contract in Robertsbridge.

Opportunity

This is your opportunity to take charge of a busy and unique operation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary up to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience and shift.
• 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), with option to buy additional days.

Typical day / Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the site and transport operation, including the relationship with the customer.
• Drive operational compliance and maintain Health and Safety standards.
• Ensure that all KPIs are hit and meet the customer SLAs.
• Get involved in HR activity, including incident investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.
• Maintain stock file accuracy through both manual and automated WMS.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong, demonstrable background in warehouse management.
• Experience in a 3PL environment and understanding of customer needs.
• Practical exposure to WMS systems and Microsoft.
• Experience of managing performance in a leadership role.
• CPC qualification desirable but not essential.
• SAP knowledge and application desirable but not essential.
