As a Operations Supervisor based in Bristol you’ll be responsible for:
People: Effectively manages performance across branch; utilising coaching; performance improvement plans; and performance development plans as required
Customer Service: Ensures all colleagues have the relevant systems and skills training to deliver exceptional service to customers; putting plans in place to support colleague development where required.
Operational Excellence: Ensures compliance with all required audits in the relevant timeframes, ensuring action plans are followed through in a timely manner.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
As an Operations Supervisor, here’s what we’d like you to have:
Previous industry experience would be ideal
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail and ability to motivate & inspire teams.
Willingness to learn and step up to run the branch in the Branch Managers absence
Confidence interacting with customers and suppliers to build effective relationships
