Job summary

Arriva is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day bus operations, lead a team of drivers and staff, and ensure services run safely, on time, and to budget. You will monitor performance, drive improvements, and coordinate with engineering and depot teams to maximise fleet availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Operations Supervisor, Transport Supervisor or Duty Manager role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing operational performance and KPIs.
• Knowledge of transport operations, scheduling and resource planning.
• Understanding of health and safety and compliance within a transport environment.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and operational systems.
• Flexibility to work shifts, evenings and weekends where required.
• A full valid driving licence.

The Role
