Job summary

Deducta Limited in London is seeking a senior Strategy & Operations professional to lead transformation initiatives across enterprise accounts. The role reports to the Chief of Staff and sits in a hybrid London setup with 3-4 days on site.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, translate client objectives into workstreams, and build executive relationships to drive measurable outcomes with the company platform and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Account delivery: Own delivery for a set of enterprise accounts end to end, from sales handover through implementation, adoption, value realisation and ongoing partnership.
• Enterprise programmes: Translate customer objectives into clear workstreams, milestones, owners and dependencies, and keep complex programmes moving.
• Senior relationships: Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from day-to-day programme leads through CPOs, CFOs and other executives.
• Data and platform: Work directly with customer data and the the company platform, understanding each customer's business so our work produces meaningful insights and outcomes.
• Implementation and adoption: Identify blockers early, coordinate the right resources across product and engineering, and make sure customer learnings shape how we improve the product.
• Delivery playbook: Turn what works on your accounts into repeatable processes the wider customer team can use.
