twentyAI is seeking an Operations Strategy Associate in London to join a fast-growing InsurTech. You will sit at the intersection of Claims, Operations, Product and Data to turn ambiguity into scalable processes and data-driven decisions.

The role requires building processes from scratch, challenging senior stakeholders and shaping how products are adopted. This is a full-time, on-site position with high ownership as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience across Operations, Strategy & Product in FinTech/InsurTech.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex processes into clear, scalable workflows across claims, operations and automation.
• Use metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive better decisions.
• Translate operational challenges into product decisions with the Product team.
• Lead rollout and adoption of new processes, systems and features with influence.
