Job summary

Urban Jungle Insurance is hiring an Operations Associate to help deliver a world-class experience for customers as we redefine the insurance industry. You will own and optimise the customer claims journey, handle day-to-day operations, and collaborate with Ops, Product, Engineering, and Insurance teams to scale our functions while keeping customer experience at the North Star.

Based in London at our Oval office, you’ll talk directly to customers via phone, chat and email, identify efficiency

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication to support customers and collaborate with teams across the business.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems while maintaining customer focus.
• Comfort with multitasking and delivering to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a key part of the team powering the business and drive operational efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat and email and progress claims.
• Collaborate with Ops, Product, Engineering and Insurance teams to deliver initiatives.
• Help build new operational functions and support the in-house claims process.
• Be the voice of the customer in cross-functional projects.
