Job summary

GARAGE is opening a new store at Bullring Shopping Centre in Birmingham. We are seeking a Floor Manager to oversee daily operations, merchandise execution, and the guest experience, working closely with the Store Manager and Head Office.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales through data-informed decisions, and maintain brand standards. Requirements include at least 1 year of people management in retail fashion, a commercial mindset, and a passion for fashion.

• Minimum 1 year of people management experience in retail fashion.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to influence sales via data.
• Flair for VM, brand standards and training.
• Passion for fashion and customer orientation.

Location: Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham

Salary: £32,000 PLUS BONUS

Contract: Full Time – Permanent

The Role: Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Floor Manager is to oversee all operations and processes related to the product lifecycle. You work closely with the management team to execute visual layout plans through efficient labour management, ensuring execution and maintenance.

• Lead by example to create an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.
• Drive a high-performing team through clear communication and daily floor leadership.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold brand and service standards.
• Motivate and develop the team to deliver consistent results.

About You:

• Min 1 years people management experience preferably from a retail fashion background
• Commercially minded and analytical with the ability to influence sales through data
• Comfortable managing both people and product life cycle
• Previous experience managing large teams
• Managed a high turnover operation before
• Passion for fashion and is extremely customer-orientated
• Flair for VM, brand standards and training
• Entrepreneurial spirit, Inspirational leader & authentic individual
