Job Description:

The main responsibilities include:

• Analyzing the impact of a merger on accounts at Custody and Transfer Agent levels.
• Preparing an action plan to update relevant documents such as tax documentation and account opening forms.
• Executing the plan to complete full documentation updates by the end of 2025.

Experience required:

• Experience with market and tax documentation.
• Experience working with counterparties in outsourced operational services, especially Custody and Transfer Agent services.
• Significant experience dealing with Outsourced Service Providers in Asset Management.
• Product experience is a plus.
