Location:

Hybrid, 2 days onsite in central London

Duration:

5.5 months

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze the impact of the merger on account setup at Custody and Transfer Agent level.
• Prepare an action plan to update relevant documents (e.g., tax documentation, account opening forms).
• Execute the plan to complete document updates by the end of 2025.

Experience required:

• Experience with market and tax documentation.
• Experience with counterparties in outsourced operational services, particularly Custody and Transfer Agent services.
• Significant experience with Outsourced Service Providers in Asset Management.
• Product experience is a plus.

Knowledge and skills:

• Understanding of operations within Asset Management, especially TA and Custodial services.
• Proficiency with standard IT tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills at all levels.
• Project management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
