Job Description:

Methods is looking for an interim consultant for one of our clients, specialised in asset management.

Location: hybrid 2 days onsite in central London

Duration: 5.5 months

The main responsibilities of the consultant will be:

  • To analyse the impact of the merger on the setup of our accounts at Custody and Transfer Agent level.
  • Prepare an action plan based on the analysis to update relevant documents (e.g., tax documentation, account opening forms).
  • Execute the plan to ensure all documentation is fully updated by the end of 2025.

Experience:

  • Experience with market documentation and tax documentation is essential.
  • Experience with counterparties in an outsourced operational services model, particularly Custody and Transfer Agent services.
  • Significant experience dealing with Outsourced Service Providers in Asset Management.
  • Product experience is beneficial.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good understanding of operations within Asset Management, specifically TA services and Custodial Services.
  • Proficiency with standard IT tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels.
  • Project management skills, with ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
