Job Description:

Methods is seeking an interim consultant for a client specializing in asset management.

Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite in central London)

Duration: 5.5 months

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze the impact of the merger on account setups at Custody and Transfer Agent levels.
• Prepare an action plan based on the analysis to update relevant documents (e.g., tax documentation, account opening forms).
• Execute the plan to ensure all documentation is fully updated by the end of 2025.

Experience required:

• Experience with market and tax documentation is essential.
• Experience working with counterparties in outsourced operational services, especially Custody and Transfer Agent services.
• Significant experience dealing with outsourced service providers in asset management.
• Product experience is a plus.

Knowledge and skills:

• Good understanding of operations within an asset management company, particularly TA and custodial services.
• Proficiency with standard IT tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills at all levels.
• Project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
