About The Role

As an Operations Specialist, you will impact local operations in real-time, taking full ownership of your work, disrupting the marketplace, and shaping urban movement patterns. You will lead local projects and collaborate with cross-functional and HQ stakeholders to support our mission of making cities more sustainable, accessible, and affordable.

Your daily responsibilities include:

1. Review core metrics, build relationships with key partners, and execute supply, demand, and investment strategies.
2. Create, optimize, or remove processes to improve efficiency, solve challenges, and influence future operations.
3. Manage supply autonomously through driver acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention initiatives.
4. Own projects that enhance market performance and operational efficiency, aiming to elevate our Rides business in London.

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Startups, Strategy Consulting, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Creative and efficient problem-solver.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented, committed to growing our supply base.
