Who We Are Looking For

The Operations Specialist will be part of Crisis24's Protective Solutions team within the 24/7 Security Operations Centre in London. Responsibilities include operational logistics, administrative tasks, and executing global security requests from EMEA clients. The role requires flexibility for office-based day, late, night shifts, and weekends.

The candidate should understand Crisis24’s services, including Executive Close Protection, Secure Transportation, Residential Security, Event Security, TSCM, and Surveillance. Daily tasks involve client communication, security team coordination, project administration, monitoring live tasks, and data entry in Salesforce. Strong customer service, attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills are essential.

What You Will Work On
  • Evaluate client requests and prepare services using our case management system.
  • Prepare cost estimates and contracts.
  • Create detailed client briefs.
  • Monitor live tasks, acknowledge received information, and escalate incidents when necessary.
  • Support global security teams upon request.
  • Coordinate with global vendors.
  • Maintain documentation and adhere to SOPs.
  • Resolve operational issues.
  • Understand project finances and review invoices.
  • Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Track project deadlines and collaborate across departments.
  • Monitor operational controls to ensure safety and security.
Who You Will Work With

You will collaborate with the Protective Solutions Team, report to the Operations Centre Manager, and work alongside other Operation Specialists, supporting senior leadership.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of operational experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Multilingual and multicultural skills are a plus.
  • SIA CP badge is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Local or reasonable travel distance to Central London.
