Job summary

MIES Maintenance & Response is hiring an Operations Coordinator to join our Nottingham office-based team. You will schedule engineers across contracts, manage inquiries, and support daily operations to deliver compliant maintenance services across the UK.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work in a busy office environment. Training and long-term career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, scheduling, or administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Schedule engineer diaries across multiple contracts and coordinates daily tasks.
• Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Support the operations team with day-to-day admin tasks and records.
• Process documentation and maintain accurate records (certificates, reports).
• Ensure engineers have correct information and access details for works.
• Maintain clear communication between clients, engineers and internal teams.
