Our FMCG business requires a highly organised Operations Executive to ensure products move smoothly from suppliers → warehouse → customers, while maintaining strict quality standards and financial discipline. This exciting position would suit someone with experience in a similar FMCG role

Key duties
  • Book domestic and international shipments.
  • Prepare customs documents and track freight movements.
  • Liaise with warehouse staff for picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure on-time delivery for B2B and e-commerce orders.
  • Arrange external product testing (COAs, micro, stability, heavy metals).
  • Maintain all quality documentation for compliance.
  • Manage non-conformances with suppliers.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for UK / EU / US markets.
  • Manage all B2B orders from receipt → dispatch.
  • Communicate order status to customers and internal teams.
  • Handle returns and damaged shipments.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies.
  • Implement workflow improvements and smarter ways of working.
  • Maintain SOPs and internal process documentation.
