About the Role

KJ Talent & Partners is seeking an Operations Product Development Manager to join a London-based global team. The role involves reducing development lead times, managing risks, and ensuring quality and cost targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team on new product briefs, focusing on design-to-cost, profitability, sustainability, and innovation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during the NPD launch cycle.
• Manage product launches, project timelines, and budgets to ensure successful launches.
• Monitor feasibility costs, GPM analysis, and collaborate with Finance on project budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to timing, quality, and costs.
• Improve launch processes, tools, and procedures.
• Oversee the Stage Gate process.

About You

• At least 4 years of project management experience with global product launches involving cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing products and packaging within the beauty industry, especially luxury perfume, skincare, or makeup.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with strong relationship management skills.
• Creative, innovative, and analytical with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in French is highly desirable.
