Job summary

Connaught Resourcing is urgently seeking an Operations Nursery Manager for a full-time role based in a Prep school in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be qualified and have some leadership experience.

The role combines room duties, people management and administration, and liaison with families. The position is permanent and all-year round, with hours to be negotiated and at least two evenings per week until 6pm; 40 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays.

• Leadership experience in a childcare setting.

Job description

We are urgently seeking an Operations Nursery Manager for a full time role based in a Prep school in Birmingham.

This is a varied role where the successful candidate will need to be qualified and have had some leadership experience, e.g. room leader or deputy or even manager. The role is a mix of being in the rooms, some people management, and some administration, and liaison with families.

Type of position: Permanent, full-time, all-year round.

Hours of Work: Working hours to be negotiated, to include at least two evenings per week until 6pm.

• Holidays: Entitlement to 40 days of paid annual leave plus bank holidays, to be taken in school holiday time.

Candidates who wish to apply will need to have a Level 3 or above in Childcare.
