Job summary

Connaught Resourcing is urgently seeking an Operations Nursery Manager for a full-time role based in a Prep school in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be qualified and have some leadership experience.

The role combines room duties, people management and administration, and liaison with families. The position is permanent and all-year round, with hours to be negotiated and at least two evenings per week until 6pm; 40 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or higher in Childcare.
• Leadership experience in a childcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day nursery operations.
• Liaise with families and staff to ensure smooth running of the nursery.
