With private dining, exclusive celebrations, and corporate gatherings at the core of our brand, we aim to create unforgettable moments for every guest.

Our Sale e Pepe brand is an iconic name in Italian dining, known for its charm, authenticity, and consistently high standards. Following the success of our Knightsbridge institution and the upcoming launch of Sale e Pepe Mare, we are continuing to grow - with more exciting openings planned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support the General Managers of each site to achieve operational and financial targets.
  • Drive brand consistency and service excellence across all Sale e Pepe locations.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, implementing initiatives to maximise profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Lead talent development to build strong, high-performing teams.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on strategic planning and expansion of the brand.
  • Maintain close relationships with suppliers, partners, and the wider hospitality community.

About You

  • Proven multi-site management experience within premium restaurants or hospitality groups.
  • Strong pre-opening experience within a high end or luxury restaurant group.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and implement improvements.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • A passion for hospitality, guest experience, and operational excellence.
  • Flexible, resilient, and highly organised, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in launching or overseeing new openings.

Key Benefits:

  • Private Health Insurance.
  • 10 days fully paid sick leave.
  • 50% off when visiting the restaurant with family & friends.
  • Career development opportunities.
  • A people-focused, inclusive culture.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme.
  • Study Support Scheme.
  • Discounts with brands that we collaborate with across the group.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to shape and grow one of London's most recognised restaurant brands.
  • Work within a passionate, supportive senior team.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Be part of an ambitious group with exciting growth plans.
