Due to growth, the company seeks an Operations Manager reporting to the COO. The role involves overseeing daily operations and managing a team of three. Responsibilities include managing consultant assignments, invoicing, travel, service agreements, onboarding, HR matters, board papers, CRM management, and supporting sales and marketing efforts. The team also handles operational projects.
