Howdens Joinery is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to join our Runcorn manufacturing site. You will lead a high-performing team, drive health and safety, quality, cost, delivery and people metrics, and report to the Business Unit Manager.
This role is based in Runcorn on a permanent basis. We seek proven leadership within a multi-line manufacturing or supply chain environment, a strong track record of continuous improvement, and the ability to foster a values-led culture.

Shift Pattern: This role operates on a 3-week rotating shift pattern comprising morning shift (Monday-Friday, 06:00-14:00), afternoon shift (Monday-Friday, 14:00-22:00) and night shift (Sunday-Thursday, 22:00-06:00).
