Job summary

Sov reign Network Group (SNG) is seeking an Operations Manager for our Property Team based at the Greenham Hub, Berkshire. You will lead in-house trades teams and oversee responsive repairs and empty homes projects to maintain high service standards.

This permanent role requires strong budget management, hands-on leadership, and a robust health & safety approach to ensure safe, quality outcomes for residents and communities in our Berkshire locality.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer-focused, direct labour teams.
• Strong budget management skills - ability to plan, track and forecast both delivery of and expenditure against relevant budgets.
• Knowledge and understanding of current Building and Health & Safety regulations.
• A passion to deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Drives a strong health & safety focus.
• Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to influence.
• Is experienced in managing, motivating and inspiring a trades team who takes pride in their work.

We currently have a great opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Property Team working from our Greenham Hub managing our in house teams across our Berkshire locality on a permanent basis . You will be responsible for leading the delivery of property repairs and improvements, focusing on both responsive repairs and empty homes works.

What you'll need:
