Job summary

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is seeking an Operations Manager for its Property Team, based at the Greenham Hub in Berkshire. You will lead the delivery of property repairs and improvements, focusing on responsive repairs and empty homes works, while managing in-house teams across the Berkshire locality.

The role requires strong budget management, a solid health & safety focus, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing customer focused, direct labour teams
• Strong budget management skills - ability to plan, track and forecast both delivery of and expenditure against relevant budgets
• Knowledge and understanding of current Building and Health & Safety regulations
• A passion to deliver high customer satisfaction
• Drives a strong health & safety focus
• Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to influence
• Is experienced in managing, motivating and inspiring a trades team who takes pride in their work
