Job summary

Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is seeking an Operations Manager for our Property Team, based at the Hurn, Christchurch Hub, overseeing in-house teams across the Southampton locality. You will drive the delivery of property repairs and improvements, with emphasis on responsive works and empty homes projects.

We value leaders who can manage budgets, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high customer satisfaction while building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring teams take pride

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-focused, direct labour teams.
• Strong budget planning, tracking and forecasting capabilities.
• Knowledge of Building regulations and Health & Safety requirements.

We currently have a great opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Property Team working from our Hurn, Christchurch Hub managing our in house teams across our Southampton locality.

You will be responsible for leading the delivery of property repairs and improvements, focusing on both responsive repairs and empty homes works.

What you'll need:

• Experience of managing customer focused, direct labour teams
• Strong budget management skills - ability to plan, track and forecast both delivery of and expenditure against relevant budgets
• Knowledge and understanding of current Building and Health & Safety regulations
• A passion to deliver high customer satisfaction
• Drives a strong health & safety focus
• Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to influence
• Is experienced in managing, motivating and inspiring a trades team who takes pride in their work
