Job summary

COREcruitment in North Devon is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee five venues across the region, including food-led pubs, bars and a restaurant. The role is hands-on, leading from the front and mentoring venue managers to drive excellent service and financial performance.

You will report to the owners and directors, manage full P&L and operational standards, oversee maintenance, HR, training and customer feedback, and ensure consistent performance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years as an Operations Manager or Multi-Site Manager.
• Experience running food-led pubs, bars and restaurants across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership of venue managers and operations teams.

About the Venues and Company

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong multi-site hospitality background to oversee a business across North Devon.The successful candidate will manage five venues, including food-led pubs, bars, and a restaurant.Experience managing food, drinks, and restaurant operations across multiple sites is essential.The Operations Manager role will involve working closely with the Director, offering an excellent opportunity to make an impact across the portfolio.

This is a hands-on, dynamic position looking for someone to lead from the front, the Operations Manager will lead and mentor the existing management teams across a variety of venues throughout the North Devon area.

Operations Manager

• You will be overseeing and working alongside the venue managers and operations teams, reporting directly to the owners and Directors.
• Full P&L and operational accountability reporting to the Directors.
• You will be responsible for operational standards, maintenance, HR, training, individual site management, customer feedback, and financial performance.

The Ideal Candidate

• To be successful in your application, you will have been an Operations Manager/Multi-Site Manager for more than 3 years, with experience running more than one site in your career.Strong food, drinks, and pub/restaurant experience across multiple sites is essential.
