Job summary

Vacherin Ltd. in London is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a growing hospitality portfolio.

You will oversee day-to-day catering operations, lead on-site teams, and build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional food and service. This role requires managing budgets, forecasting, labour control and cost management across six London sites with occasional travel to regional locations such as Bristol, Southampton, Leeds, Plymouth and Newcastle.

Location: London (Require occasional visit in the region)

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an initial portfolio of 6 sites, primarily based in London, with regular travel to regional locations including Bristol, Southampton, Leeds, Plymouth and Newcastle.
• Build strong client relationships to support contract retention, growth and added value opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day catering operations, ensuring high standards of food and service delivery.
• Lead, support and develop on-site managers and teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, labour control and cost management.
• Drive commercial performance while maintaining exceptional food and service standards.
