Job summary

Aspens Charities is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead across our Residential, Supported Living and Outreach services in Sussex and Kent. You will partner with Service Managers to ensure safe, effective and person-centred services, champion inclusion, rights-based support and continuous improvement across a dispersed team.

You will lead quality assurance efforts, support safeguarding decisions and drive service development, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships and a culture

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential, supported living or community-based services.
• Experience working with people with autism and learning disabilities or complex needs.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and decision-making in complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across Residential, Supported Living and Outreach services.
• Work with Service Managers to ensure services are safe, effective and rights-based.
