Job summary

Aspens Charities in Kent and Sussex seeks an experienced Operations Manager- Accommodation and Community Services to provide operational leadership across Residential, Supported Living and Outreach services. You’ll work with Service Managers to ensure services are safe, effective, outcome-focused and aligned with best practice, while promoting independence and inclusion.
