Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Group is recruiting for an Operations Manager to oversee delivery across Ringwood and Rugby, with autonomy to shape how installation and survey work is managed. The role offers ownership of safety, customer outcomes, and cross-site performance, reporting to the Operations Director.

You should have at least four years leading multi-site teams, a Level 6 degree, and strong health & safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least four years leading multi-site operational teams.
• A Level 6 degree in administration, business, engineering or related field.
• Strong health & safety working knowledge; NEBOSH General Certificate desirable.
• Strong B2C experience, ideally in a customer service or service-led environment.
• Experience in budget and cost control, and driving operational change.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly delivery of installation and survey capacity across both sites (Ringwood and Rugby).
• Manage and develop three Installation Managers, plus oversight of surveyors and warehouse teams.
• Lead the health & safety audit programme, including site visits and spot checks.
• Act as the primary owner of customer complaint handling, end-to-end.
• Deliver KPI reporting on capacity, quality, and health & safety; drive continuous improvement.

This is a newly created Operations Manager role at a growing installation and service business, and it's one where you'll genuinely shape how it's done.
