Reed in Ringwood is partnering with a sustainable Building Company to recruit an Operations Manager in a permanent role. The position offers a rewarding benefits package and a competitive salary.

You will oversee the full operational journey from order receipt through installation, aftercare and warranty management; manage nationwide installation and survey delivery; lead Installation Managers and Surveyors; own customer complaints and drive continuous improvement while ensuring Health & Safety

Qualifications

• Proven Operations Management experience with strong people leadership.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams.
• B2C/customer-focused operations background preferred; process-driven and analytical.
• Home improvement/installation/field-service experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full operational journey from order receipt through installation, aftercare and warranty management.
• Manage nationwide installation and survey delivery; lead Installation Managers, Surveyors and wider teams.
• Own customer complaints and drive resolutions.
• Manage performance, KPIs, engagement and team development; produce operational reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee Health & Safety compliance, including periodic site visits.
• Drive operational efficiency across office and field-based teams.

Operations Manager

Perm position - Salary £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Working Arrangements

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (Based in Ringwood)
• Benefits Private healthcare following probation. Bank holidays plus Christmas shutdown. Annual leave entitlement confirmed on offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full operational journey from order receipt through installation, aftercare and warranty management.
• Manage nationwide installation and survey delivery. Lead Installation Managers, Surveyors and wider operational teams.
• Own customer complaints and drive resolutions.
• Manage performance, KPIs, engagement and team development. Produce operational reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Oversee Health & Safety compliance, including periodic site visits.
• Drive operational efficiency across office and field-based teams.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven Operations Management experience. Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multi-functional teams.
• B2C/customer-focused operational background preferred over B2B. Process-driven, analytical and resilient.
