Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an Operations Manager to join a growing restaurant group covering the South West and South Wales. You will lead and develop General Managers across multiple sites, building strong management teams and creating real accountability as the business expands.

You will be hands-on when needed, yet able to work strategically to lay robust foundations for future growth. You will drive high-volume operations with a strong focus on both front-of-house and kitchen performance, while

A GBP 60,000 + BONUS + MILEAGE + BENEFITS

SOUTH WEST / SOUTH WALES

I am working with a brilliant, growing restaurant business looking for an Operations Manager to join the team as they continue to develop and expand.

They are looking for a proper people:led operator : someone who loves developing GMs, building strong management teams and creating real accountability across their sites.

You will be hands:on and comfortable getting stuck into the operation when needed, but equally able to step back, look strategically at the business and help put the right foundations in place for future growth.
