Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee eight sites across the South West. You will work closely with General Managers and report into the Operations Director to drive performance, develop teams and ensure strong guest experiences.

You will be commercially focused, coaching GMs, managing multiple P&Ls, and raising standards to deliver consistently brilliant results across the region.

£60,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Travel

I am working with a brilliant, well-established restaurant group who are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of a key region across the South West.

This is a great opportunity to join a strong, recognised brand with a real focus on its people, guest experience and continuing to evolve the business.

THE ROLE

You’ll oversee around eight sites, working closely with your General Managers and reporting directly into the Operations Director.

This is very much a people-led role.You’ll be developing your GMs, building strong teams and creating real accountability across the region, while keeping a close eye on sales, labour, profitability and overall performance.

The business is already well established, so this isn’t about reinventing the wheel.It’s about challenging where needed, raising standards and making sure every site is delivering a consistently brilliant guest experience.

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR

• I’d love to speak to established multi-site operators from quality casual dining or a similar branded restaurant environment.


• You’ll need to be commercially strong, comfortable managing multiple P&Ls and, most importantly, genuinely good with people.Someone who can coach and develop their teams, build relationships quickly and get the best out of their GMs.


• There is plenty of opportunity to progress within the wider business, so this would really suit someone ambitious who wants to continue developing their career with a brilliant restaurant group.
