Job summary

Fanvue is seeking an Operations Manager to sit at the centre of Business Operations, reporting to the Chief Business Operations Officer and working closely with the Senior Operations Manager. The role is broad, tackling the most important operational problems each week, from system flows to reconciliations, with access to data warehouse and provider systems from week one.

You will start broad and eventually own a focused remit, potentially building a small team, and you will work on payments,

Qualifications

• Ability to drive initiatives independently and finish tasks without constant prompting.
• Proficient in pulling and validating data, spotting anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Take on the most urgent operational problems each week and establish the facts.
• Manage payments, payouts, verification and risk provider relationships from tickets to due diligence packs.
• Reconcile provider reports with internal systems and chase down discrepancies.
• Investigate risk and fraud with the team and propose controls to close gaps.
• Support live incidents involving money or user safety and own follow-up.
• Document runbooks, processes, controls and post-incident reviews.
