Job summary

Cranstoun is seeking an Operations Manager for the Worcestershire Drug and Alcohol Service, within our Workshops and Recovery Team and our Here4YOUth team. You will lead two teams, line-manage a range of Key Workers, and drive safe, effective service delivery across the county.

You will work with external agencies, review incidents and audits, and participate in duty management. This role may involve some evenings to meet service needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years effective leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrates strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage change and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
• Confident working with external agencies and partners.
• Experience delivering learning sessions to teams or partners.
• Ability to review incidents and participate in clinical audits.

Responsibilities

• Line manage Key Workers across Psychosocial Workshops and Here4YOUth teams.
• Oversee operational flow, ensure high standards of practice and targets.
• Support duty management rota and coverage for the service.
• Coordinate learning sessions with staff and partner agencies.
• Maintain DBS compliance and manage personnel matters.
