Responsibilities

• Drive performance against contractual and cohort targets to meet outcome requirements.
• Ensure financial KPIs are achieved through efficient and cost-effective resource utilization.
• Collaborate with partnership teams to ensure high-quality service delivery that exceeds expectations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (3+ years) in senior operational roles, preferably within the employment sector.
• Proven leadership and team management skills in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build strategic relationships.
• Experience in delivering high-quality operational services and developing team capabilities.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Achieving key performance targets (financial, contractual, quality).
• Leading, mentoring, and coaching teams to meet objectives.
• Financial planning and resource management.
