Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an Operations Manager to govern and coordinate BlueBear operations in Bedfordshire. You will drive process standardisation, compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation, interfacing with Saab UK functions on export control, HSE and security.

Role requires experience in governance, risk management and delivery of change within a defence-adjacent environment, with SC clearance eligibility. National security considerations shape the position and practices.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and ability to drive change.
