Avis Budget Rental Locations in Bathgate is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Scotland-wide Commercial Vehicle operation. This role focuses on delivering profitable growth through exceptional service, disciplined cost management and building high-performing teams.

You will drive fleet utilisation, coordinate with Sales and Account Management, monitor regional performance and budgets, and seek opportunities to improve profitability while maintaining outstanding customer experience.
