Bershka UK, part of the Inditex group, is recruiting a Visual Commercial to set the store’s visual direction and drive performance through trend-led styling and data-informed decisions. This fast-paced role requires adaptability, strong organisation and a proactive approach to maintaining bold, brand-aligned visuals.

You will analyse commercial reports, react to trade changes, and collaborate with the team to ensure high standards across all displays and floor plans in a busy Manchester store.

• Maintain high standards across layout, fixtures, signing and store presentation.
• Plan floor moves with the management team per brand guidance.
• Support delivery flow and high-volume product movement.

The role

As a Visual Commercial, you set the visual direction of the store and use commercial insight to drive performance. You combine trend-led styling with data-led decisions — analysing commercial reports to choose what to highlight, where to place it, and how to keep the store fresh, impactful and easy to shop.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where speed, organisation and adaptability matter. You’ll react quickly to trade and newness, execute with high standards, and keep visuals aligned with brand guidelines.

• Maintain high standards across layout, fixtures, signing and overall store presentation
• Plan and execute floor moves with the management team in line with brand guidance
• Support delivery flow and high-volume product movement to keep the store commercial and easy to shop
• Share styling and product knowledge with the team to support confident customer service
• Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives
