Job summary

Lefties UK, part of the Inditex family, seeks an Operations Manager to lead back-of-house stock flow, replenishment and online processing to ensure peak store performance across a busy retail environment in the UK.

You will build and coach high-performing teams, maintain stock accuracy, and drive customer-focused operations with sustainability at the core.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-of-house operations, ensuring product flow is efficient, accurate and safe.
• Monitor and improve replenishment routines and KPIs to meet company expectations.
• Maintain healthy stock levels in store, managing inbound and outbound movements.
• Deliver strong execution of deliveries, processing deadlines and hourly replenishment at pace.
• Lead and optimise online organisation: managing daily deadlines and maximising online packages to support store productivity.
• Use commercial and product data to support store performance, availability and productivity.
• Ensure smooth, proactive communication between stockroom, departments and front of house.
• Motivate, coach and develop your team to deliver high standards consistently.
• Support a high level of customer service by ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.
• Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives.

The role

As an Operations Manager, you lead the engine behind the store — stock flow, replenishment, online processing and back-of-house routines — ensuring the shopfloor has what it needs to deliver great customer experiences. You’ll run a high-volume operation with accuracy and speed, balancing priorities, deadlines and people leadership to keep the store moving.
