We are looking for an Operation Manager for our Delivery Stations. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and managing UTR and OTR operations at the station, overseeing people and performance management, and driving the operational plan.
Manage Delivery Station operations alongside Team Lead and Channel Team Lead, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and compliance. Conduct review meetings with DSP supervisors and partners to address operational challenges.
