We are looking for an Operation Manager for our Delivery Stations. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and managing UTR and OTR operations at the station, overseeing people and performance management, and driving the operational plan.

Key job responsibilities

1. Understand the business issues and challenges of Last Mile delivery operations; identify strengths and weaknesses; suggest areas for improvement.
2. Map business requirements, understand business processes, analyze workflows, design solutions, and prepare functional specifications.
3. Be data-driven; develop and report performance metrics, provide executive updates, forecast, budget, and analyze to identify opportunities for improving customer experience.
4. Deep dive into industry practices and apply them to solve business problems.
5. Design, develop, pilot, and roll out enterprise-wide programs around performance improvement, cycle time reduction, returns, delivery experience, financial auditing, and alternative delivery services.

A day in the life

Manage Delivery Station operations alongside Team Lead and Channel Team Lead, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and compliance. Conduct review meetings with DSP supervisors and partners to address operational challenges.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to push and pull loaded wheeled dollies weighing up to 100 pounds.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
