Job summary

Co-op Academy Failsworth is seeking a highly organised Academy Administrator to join our vibrant high school team and provide exceptional administrative support during term time (plus 5 days). You will be the welcoming face for parents, visitors and students, managing day-to-day operations and maintaining accurate student records.

The post holder will undertake clerical, financial and whole-school administrative tasks and help coordinate communications and pastoral or curriculum support as

Qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalent essential
  • Level 2/3 Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent) for admin, receptionists, and office staff desirable
  • Current first aid certificate

At Co-op Academy Failsworth, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Academy Administrator to join our vibrant high school team and provide exceptional administrative support across the academy. - Term Time Only (plus 5 days)

In this fast-paced and central role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of the school for parents, visitors, and students, while managing critical day-to-day operations such as maintaining accurate student records, coordinating school communications, and supporting the wider team with operational responsibilities.

The postholder will typically have specific responsibilities relating to administrative support of areas such as the whole school curriculum or pastoral services and dedicated outcomes, and undertake general clerical, administrative, financial and whole school organisational support responsibilities as required and commensurate with the post.
