Müller UK & Ireland is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Leeds logistics team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. You will oversee depot operations, rostering, staffing, and cost control while delivering against KPIs and customer service objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 GCSEs (A–C or equivalent) required.
• Licence CPC Certification required.
• IOSH Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
• Manage depot operations, including rota planning, staffing, and cost control.
• Deliver against KPIs and OGSM targets.
• Drive customer service excellence for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure legal compliance for drivers and vehicles.
• Conduct performance reviews, training, and disciplinary procedures.
• Drive an inclusive culture and promote wellbeing, diversity and inclusivity at site level.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Logistics team in Leeds. You’ll lead a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards.

• Contract: Full Time/Permanent
• Shift: Monday-Friday (40 hours)
• Salary: Competative

Operations Manager Key Responsibilities
