In this Operations Manager role, your attention to detail will help you excel. You will enjoy leading and motivating your team and driving the brand strategy across all aspects of the business, setting Malmaison apart as a preferred employer and destination for dining and accommodation.
Understanding the market and maximizing F&B revenue by considering the bigger picture are essential. Managing department managers and teams effectively and leading by example are key qualities for success in this role.
Previous experience managing large teams and a good knowledge of food and drink in a similar-sized property are preferred but not essential.
A good understanding of Health and Safety is beneficial, as is experience with implementing E-Learning for teams.
