Job summary

Lefties UK, part of the Inditex family, is seeking an Assistant Section Manager to support the daily running of a fast-paced, high-volume fashion section. You’ll help with prioritising tasks, stock movement and delivering a great customer experience.

You will work closely with the Section Manager, demonstrate reliability and teamwork, and have opportunities to grow within Inditex while contributing to sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Section Manager with daily priorities, routines and shopfloor organisation.
• Help maintain product availability through replenishment, recovery and stock movement.
• Ensure product reaches the shopfloor quickly and accurately.
• Keep the section clean, tidy and easy for customers to shop.
• Assist with fitting rooms, tills, product queries and customer touchpoints.
• Use store tools and technology for stock checks and availability support.
• Follow health & safety guidelines and act as ambassador for sustainability.

The role

As an Assistant Section Manager, you support the daily running of your section by helping the team deliver strong standards, smooth product flow and a great customer experience.

This is not a managerial role, but you will be an important support to the Section Manager — helping coordinate priorities, keeping the shopfloor moving and setting the example through your pace, reliability and attitude.

What you’ll do

• Support the Section Manager with daily priorities, routines and shopfloor organisation

• Help maintain product availability through replenishment, recovery and stock movement

• Support delivery and newness placement, ensuring product reaches the shopfloor quickly and accurately

• Keep your section clean, tidy, commercial and easy for customers to shop

• Support fitting rooms, tills, product queries and customer touchpoints when needed

• Help colleagues stay focused during busy moments, escalating issues where needed

• Use store tools and technology for stock checks, product requests and availability support

• Follow company procedures, security routines and Health & Safety guidelines

• Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives
