GXO Logistics in Glasgow is seeking an Operations Manager to own inventory operations, warehouse systems, and data governance at a fast-paced site. You will lead Team Leaders and MTOs, drive performance, and ensure alignment with safety, regulatory, and contractual standards.

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a motivated Operations Manager to join our BAE Systems site based in Glasgow. You will be responsible for the effective management of inventory operations, warehouse systems, and associated data, ensuring alignment with customer, contractual, regulatory, health & safety and internal governance standards.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:30.

We’re looking to offer a salaryof up to £46,000 per annum.
