Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd in Thame is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead repairs and maintenance contracts in Social Housing. You will oversee responsive repairs, voids, disrepair, and maintenance activities, ensuring quality, safety, and value for money.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in social housing, and expertise with SOR contracts, with a full UK driving licence. The successful candidate will drive team performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven Contracts Manager experience within Social Housing.
  • Strong background in repairs, maintenance, voids, or property services.
  • Schedule of Rates (SOR) experience essential.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Desirable: SMSTS, Construction or management qualification, CSCS Card and First Aid at Work.

Contracts Manager (Repairs & Maintenance)

Location: Thame

United Infrastructure is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance contracts within the Social Housing sector.

Key Responsibilities
