Job Overview
Reporting to the COO, the Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day managing, functioning and oversight of the operations team. This role is well suited to a senior operations analyst looking to step up into a managerial position with greater responsibility and autonomy while maintaining the hands-on approach.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detailed oriented and will be able to work independently. They will be someone who naturally seeks opportunities to improve processes and controls. The role will provide oversight to the operations team but will also work closely with other departments including portfolio management, risk, compliance and marketing.
